Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My roles as being part of the Pearson TQ is to administrate and keep aligned the army apps KPI on a app called MAYTAS which records the Functional skills results of the apprentices of the army. I take care of the Main provider contract which consists of taking care of providers such as NHS, UKPN and many more, ensuring that their exams and tuition classes are booked.
Also, doing registrations for their exams and putting their updates of work to a site called OneFile. Sometimes I am responsible to invigilate as when there is no invigilators , I fill in to ensure exam still go on. Adding on, I make sure results are uploaded and put down on a tracker to ensure we have a record of the learners learning progress.
I am responsible for keeping these things aligned to ensure the learning can continue, without these steps I take learners are not able to take exams to get their Functional Skills to complete their apprenticeship

Skills Development

I have developed my communication skills by working more confidently with others and improving how I share ideas clearly. I have also strengthened my time management by staying organised and meeting deadlines consistently.
In addition, I have improved my IT skills, including using common office software, and become more adaptable when learning new systems. These improvements have helped me become more efficient and better prepared for a business administration role.

5/5
It is very organised, I have been guied through all the stages. I have not felt misinformed with anything.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive good support from my employer. They provide guidance when needed, give clear instructions, and are approachable if I have questions. I am also given opportunities to learn new tasks and develop my skills, while still being trusted to work independently. This support helps me feel more confident and continue improving in my role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive good support from my training provider. They provide clear guidance on my coursework and are available to answer any questions I have. I am given helpful feedback to improve my work and regular check-ins to track my progress, which helps me stay on track and work towards completing my qualification successfully.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that my qualification supports my role well. It helps me understand key business administration skills and apply them in my day-to-day tasks. The knowledge I gain, such as organisation, communication, and using office systems, has helped me become more confident and work more efficiently in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
One extra activity I took part in was an RLC Safari Day event. This was an event where I learned about different trades and the apprenticeships the Army offers. It gave me a valuable insight into how we contribute our service to the Ministry of Defence.
