Within my role on a day-to-day basis I update peoples folders with their new training, log absences on a system Mentor Digital, check our information inbox, answer the phone.

I enjoy my programme as it is interesting.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills since starting my apprenticeship e.g. communication skills which I gained fro answering the phone and talking to my colleagues on a day to day basis. Also, I have developed existing skills such as being more confident on word, and Excel.
