It’s a different job day in day out you have a variety of things to do throughout the working week maybe or one day your site manager will say you have to do this (doors for example ) for however long

It is very much enjoyable
I like my job role and how I’m doing
I like how everybody is very nice and caring it means a lot stepping up as a apprentice and having people teach you if you mess up

It is organised well if everything goes to plan but sometimes you get some little slip ups and they can hold you back but other then that it’s all good

A lot of support
All the people around me are supportive if I was ever stuck with something and asked for help I’d to be helped out

A lot of support when revising for my test I was allowed to go into college to push me to get my course completed

It is a big step up because even though you may not know the skills for the job you have to be prepared to step up and take responsibility
