Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
This involves acting as a key point of contact for customer relations, supporting issue resolution, handling queries, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients. I am responsible for preparing and distributing monthly performance and compliance packs, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring accurate reporting. I also support meetings by gathering data, taking actions forward, and following up on agreed outcomes.

I feel well supported by both my employer and training provider, particularly throughout my apprenticeship. The company provides a structured and organised environment that works well around my role, allowing me to develop my skills while continuing to perform effectively in my job.
