Marketing Manager Apprentice Review

I am a Marketing Manager Degree Apprentice, combining academic study with hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment. My role focuses on supporting marketing and communications activities across the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and development through to review and evaluation.
On a day‑to‑day basis, I work on creating and coordinating marketing materials, supporting digital communications, contributing to campaign planning, and collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues to ensure activities are accurate, compliant, and aligned with overall objectives. I receive a high level of support from my employer throughout my degree apprenticeship. I am supported by my line manager and colleagues, who provide regular guidance, feedback, and opportunities to learn through practical experience. I am also encouraged to balance my academic commitments alongside my work responsibilities, with flexibility and understanding around study time and deadlines. This has been important in allowing me to fully engage with both aspects of the programme.
