Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprentice, I support quality activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. On a day‑to‑day basis, I assist with QP declarations, contribute to quality metrics projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
I am also actively involved in quality communications and engagement, including co‑creating the PSOQ newsletter and supporting the PSF redesign, helping to improve visibility, understanding, and effectiveness of quality processes across the organisation. I apply my apprenticeship learning directly into practice, working collaboratively with stakeholders and maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme and find it both rewarding and motivating. It allows me to apply my learning directly into real‑world quality activities, such as supporting QP declarations, metrics projects, and quality improvement initiatives, which has helped build my confidence and professional capability. I feel supported, challenged, and genuinely excited about my development and future within the quality profession.

The programme has increased my confidence, analytical thinking, and ability to apply learning directly into practice.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised and structured. Expectations, objectives, and timelines are clear, and there is a good balance between practical workplace learning and academic study. I feel well supported throughout, which allows me to plan effectively, stay on track, and apply my learning confidently into my role
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a very high level of support from my employer. I am given the time, guidance, and encouragement needed to balance my apprenticeship alongside my role, with access to relevant projects, regular feedback, and supportive leadership. This support has enabled me to develop my skills, build confidence, and apply my learning effectively in the workplace.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I feel well supported throughout my qualification and confident in the progress I am making. Feedback is constructive and guidance is clear.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification supports my role extremely well. It strengthens my understanding of quality principles and regulated environments, enabling me to apply learning directly to activities such as QP declarations, metrics projects, and quality improvement initiatives. This has improved my confidence, decision‑making, and ability to add value in my day‑to‑day work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are plenty of extra‑curricular opportunities available. These include social activities, professional networking events, and involvement in wider quality and engagement initiatives, which support collaboration, learning, and personal development beyond day‑to‑day responsibilities.
