My role consists of preparing and monitoring construction programmes from tender stage all the way through until completion. The role provides a wide variety of activities/locations so everyday is different.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoying my degree apprenticeship. The company offers great support to apprentices alongside offering great career progression early on.

Due to the longstanding nature of the apprenticeship within B+K, there is a tried and tested model in place within the organization

Regular forums take place for all apprentices within my region to discuss with senior leadership regarding any questions/issues.

Would you recommend Bowmer + Kirkland to a friend?
Yes
Why?
The baseline of it is that your getting a university education whilst gaining experience with no debt. B+K, has a tried and tested model for apprentices so any potential worries you have will already been thought about/answered. The support you are provided is second to none.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bowmer + Kirkland?
Just try and get some experience prior, even if its not in construction. Having something behind you shows that you know how to act in a professional environment.
