Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
When I get to work I will go to my chefs say good morning then ask for my first job of the day this could be prepping for buffets or our dinner services we have. Sometimes I can be helping with theses services wether it being on the line or helping set up buffets with other chefs.
Nearing the end of the day I like to help tidy up and clean down and if the garden it open I will go over with other chefs.
