I'm at the beginning of my apprenticeship, but It has been a positive experience so far. I feel supported and welcomed. This apprenticeship is a fantastic stepping stone for my career.

The platform used is really easy to use and helps you keep track of your learning. The lessons are displayed clearly and are well organised.

I have been given the time during my working hours to study for my apprenticeship. This has been extreamly helpful as it gives me the opportunity to focus on my learning.

This apprenticeship has really helped me in my role. I understand the business better and what is required of me to progress in my role. I am learning key areas relevant to my role. Overall, this apprenticeship is giving me more confidence to perform my job role to the best of my abilities.

Compass offers training and progression opportunities. They are based all over the UK in different sectors. This makes it easy for someone to transfer to a new position if they move location.
