Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The program is rotational meaning that every 6 months I moved to a new team therefore the day-to-day is somewhat challenging to quantify however after settling into the team you get heavily involved in the day-to-day as if you were a permanent member of that team as well as often working on more project-like tasks to undertake a key achievement in the rotation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think this is dependent on your ability to understand Visa's business model and the wider payments industry as some teams/rotations can be very technical.

Why?
It is quite a niche company once you uncover the business model and underpinnings of it therefore, Visa itself is not bad but I would encourage you to consider your interests and what you want out of an apprenticeship before applying.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Visa?
Do as much research as you can about the company and try to speak to previous/existing employees.
