Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As part of my summer internship within Consumer Solutions, my role required taking initiative to work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify gaps or ambiguities and resolve them together, as well as proactively analysing, questioning and validating requirements to support the implementation of current and future Visa Infinite benefits across Europe, alongside contributing to BAU work.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was given ownership of a substantial end-to-end project, and I was trusted to drive it independently throughout.

I'm grateful for the level of support I received from my recruiter during the application process and from my manager, buddy and wider team as they created an environment where I felt comfortable to ask questions, whilst trusting me to work independently, which allowed me to build confidence and ownership in my work.
