Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
It changes every 6 month as we are on rotation, but at the moment I shadow client calls, support the team with day to day tasks. I've also started participating in meetings too! Some of my day to day work involves bits on PowerBI, Excel and lots of communication.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The people here are so nice! You can easily go up to anyone and ask to chat. There's also so many great learning and growth opportunities.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
So many, as we switch roles every 6 months, I'm consistently learning new things all the time, whether that's improving existing skills or developing new ones.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well structured, our rotations are very smooth and we have learning weeks to separate our previous role between the next one. We also get to meet with our new manager before moving to ensure a smooth transition. We also have meetings with our line manager and University coach regularly to ensure collaboration.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Our manager changes consistently but I have loved every one, they all offer different levels of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
We have ongoing 1-1s with our coaches and a monthly workshop, a lot of it overlaps with our roles.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Loads, we have networking events when we switch rotations, additionally, we have socials a couple times a year with all the apprentices and graduates. Additionally we have the option to join an employee resource group which is great for networking. Its also common to have extracurricular activities with your team.
