Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a joining and sealing engineer within the body structures department.
Since we are an off-cycle team, this involves investigating new joining technologies to be used on future projects as well as, figuring methods to cope with problems relating to the current joining techniques.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme as a whole is good and highly engaging, but it lacks some structure and definition.

It could be better structured so that all apprentices recieve a similar amount/standard of workplace training.
