All aspects of marketing: strategic planning, tactical implementation, and proactive monitoring across varied projects from creating physical assets like leaflets and banners, to digital pieces such as emails or websites, as well as higher-level campaigns working with a variety of external stakeholders as well as across functions internally.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my degree apprenticeship and have found the experience invaluable. The people I work with on a daily basis are kind professionals. The work I do is important and impactful towards helping patients. And I feel well prepared for the future of my career.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Plenty. It's easy to take them for granted but skills like presenting in front of rooms full of people, managing time with numerous parallel workstreams, and collaborating with a huge variety stakeholders are invaluable and this role prioritises learning and development of these skills and many more.

I recommend Pfizer to my friends because I have found my time here transformative for the better. As someone who cared about both further education and continuing work, this feels like the best next step after college and I am very pleased that it's the one I took.
