my daily responsibilities is to overseeing line stations to ensure quality managing MEP(mise en place)prep lists, and supervising junior staff, i do stock takes.I act as the bridge between the senior managment and the kitchen team,stepping in to run the pass or manage the kitchen in their absence.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the programme is exceptional we meet people from the company working in another sectors we learning how to manage our teams and a lot more about the hospitality industry
