There are periodic socials like Burns' Suppers and as a team we do a pub quiz each month.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend RSM to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Really positive working culture and much kinder attitude to staff compared to Big Four.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSM?
Gain a bit of an understanding of how each service line (Audit, Tax, and Consulting) operate and tailor your application responses to suit. In Audit, we are always working in teams so highlighting communication and interpersonal skills is something that will make you stand out.
