5/5
The programme was well-structured and highly supportive throughout my apprenticeship journey. Their ongoing guidance, encouragement, and support played a vital role in building my confidence and development.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Throughout my apprenticeship, I developed a wide range of new skills, including managing end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, stakeholder management, team collaboration, and presenting findings to an audience. I also strengthened existing skills such as communication, written skills, a behavioural approach, emotional intelligence, and many others.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme was very well organised and structured. It aligned closely with my day-to-day role, allowing me to effectively balance learning and practical application. The structure enabled me to build theoretical knowledge and immediately apply it in my daily responsibilities, reinforcing my understanding and supporting my development throughout the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer provided strong support throughout. I was assigned a mentor whom I could approach directly for guidance or any questions about my apprenticeship. There was also an Apprentice Ambassador Network within the organisation, offering additional support and shared insights. My Early Careers Manager consistently provided guidance and addressed any concerns promptly. I was also given dedicated off-the-job training time each week, without disruption to my work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My training provider offered continuous and reliable support throughout my apprenticeship journey. After each session, I had the opportunity to ask questions and gain further clarification where needed. I was also offered one-to-one support sessions, which provided tailored guidance and ensured I fully understood the content, helping me progress confidently in my learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification provided a strong foundation in recruitment, equipping me with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in my role. It enhanced my understanding of key processes and best practices, enabling me to perform my responsibilities effectively and confidently, and supporting my overall development throughout the apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, my organisation is part of the Association of Apprentices network, which provides access to professional networking events and online sessions. In addition, there are opportunities to attend both internal and external careers fairs to promote apprenticeships. We also benefit from on-site apprentice meet-ups and themed online sessions, allowing apprentices to connect, share experiences, and network effectively.
