Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I complete various projects for various teams, inlcuding information to help release clinical trials supplies, oragnisation and tracking, communications and more. No day is the same as another.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying my role thoroughly! It is varied and I am able to get involved with various teams, projects and topics which is great for me as I enjoy variability and I am eager to learn. It is very interesting and encapsulates all of my A level subjects and my interests.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much over my course so far, including various quality measurements, auditing and many topics covered in my course. as well as academic skills, I have learnt more professional communication methods, mannerisms and confidence in general. I have learnt more skills regarding Microsoft, teamwork, automation and AI too. This opportunity has also allowed me to improve and work on my presentation skills, as I am able to talk virtually and in person to schools regarding apprenticeships and I am actively encouraged to do so.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Everything in Pfizer is incredibly organised and you are able to find any information you need and any communications. The training provider sessions that I am enrolled on is set monthly, and assignments are set in an online portfolio which is easy to access. It also contains all of the resources required for the program, both past and present lectures.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Everyone is incredibly supportive, I have such an amazing team. Everyone is willing to help, and I have quarterly connections with my representative to check on how I am doing within the role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The online portal is populated heavily with resources for lectures, and additional reading. They are quick with queries and give me comprehensive answers for any questions and take on feedback well too!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification is incredibly linked to my role as I sit within a quality department, It helps me understand the context of jobs and projects which occur and helps me to have a holistic understanding of topics within work and out of work.
