I manage contracts for NCC, but most recently have been involved in reprocurement of our new Highways contracts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was tough, but rewarding. I would recommend it to others.

I've significantly improved my engineering knowledge and ability. This has helped me to progress in my career.

My employer has been excellent throughout the programme, and I wouldn't have been able to complete the apprenticeship without them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Generally, the training provider has been good, and support is provided when required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The apprenticeship has certainly been useful when i've worked on site on a major road construction project (to aid my learning).
