I manage contracts for NCC, but most recently have been involved in reprocurement of our new Highways contracts.

My employer has been excellent throughout the programme, and I wouldn't have been able to complete the apprenticeship without them.

The apprenticeship has certainly been useful when i've worked on site on a major road construction project (to aid my learning).

They are a very supportive employer, and forward thinking in terms of staff development. I would recommend others to join NCC.
