Service and maintain hospital equipment. Specifically blood analysers and the automated systems that operate in the lab.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Thoroughly enjoy the program, fantastic benefits and made to feel very welcome as another employee by other engineers.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Fault finding techniques and building knowledge as an engineer. Thinking differently to find the cause of problem. Working along side the customer to get the best out of the situation when a system is down.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Regular 1-1 meetings and support from managers help keep on top of any queries. They are always available to help. Slight misunderstanding from the college side at the beginning
