Why?
It's a very inclusive environments. The staff and very friendly and make you feel comfortable. It doesn't feel like a strict corporate workplace, everyone is very happy and smiley and everyone I have met loves their job
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
Be yourself and let your individuality shine through your application - the BBC aren't looking for clones but fresh new perspectives to enlarge their audiences
