I provide system and supply chain support for clinical packaging, labelling, and distribution operations, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of clinical trial supplies through enterprise systems. I act as a subject matter expert and key collaborator, driving continuous improvement, inspection readiness, and the successful execution of complex projects through strong technical, operational, and project management expertise.

Through completing the Business Analyst Level 4 End-Point Assessment, I have strengthened my understanding of business analysis as a strategic, people‑centred discipline, demonstrating strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical and creative problem‑solving, and change impact assessment. I have reinforced my ability to apply appropriate methodologies, tools, and techniques to real business challenges, adapt communication to diverse audiences, and support end‑to‑end change while considering people, process, data, and technology. The assessment confirmed my confidence in operating effectively within a complex organisational environment, contributing to wider business objectives, and delivering measurable value, culminating in the achievement of a Distinction overall.

From onboarding, to guidance and meetings with the coaches and mentors, everything was straight forward and easy to understand. The quality of training material was also excellent and very helpful.

Enhanced analytical and creative problem‑solving skills allow me to identify root causes, evaluate options objectively, and recommend solutions that balance business, people, data, and technology impacts. Pfizer occasionally host social activities and networking events. Last year they flew the whole department including myself over to the US for a global face to face meeting.
