Currently Head Chef at BNY 160 QVS, London. Running the Hospitality kitchen and sometimes Staff Restaurant in the absence of Executive Chef.

Why?
I always try to promote Compass as it offers you a variety of opportunities and apprenticeships like no other in my view. I feel so proud for still working for Compass Group and encouraging school leavers to apply for an internship/apprenticeship.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Compass group?
Have the right attitude, be a hard worker and you will see the results. Sometimes you can feel is a lot, but believe in yourself and keep going.
