in my first year it was a 3 because of travel and overload of work, BMET overall was still good. I learnt a lot and it was i developed as a person tremendously. It made a more confident person and made me aware of my capabilities and restrictions. At Siemens in my Yr 2 your life will be a lot easier. If you get on with your work and do what your told its a very calm life. Only thing you have to worry about is Bmet work on a Tuesday.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy coming to siemens to work. i wake up on the monday and i dont moan that i have to work. I look forward to the day.
