Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BBC to a friend?
Yes
Why?
- The people and culture in the company are extremely supportive, with most people having worked here 10+ years.
- The quality of the work that we produced is also at such a high level and I am enjoying learning so much.
- The job prospects at the company are vast so I hope to be able to grow here post apprenticeship
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
Don't be discouraged if you are successful the first time as I applied for 3 schemes in total and was unsuccessful the first 2 times. I'd suggest only going for schemes that you align with or have a passion for as the application process will judge you on your enthusiasm and interest in the topic area, the process can feel long but it isn't challenging when answering questions around something that falls in your interest.
