Majority of the apprenticeship in HR was good. It had a tricky start with the training provider, but that improved. I couldn't fault the employer. I have continued support throughout my learning, plenty of options for my study time, which i scheduled to when suited me best for my substantive role. i could go and shadow other HR departments within our corporate area and operation managers etc. CUH have been completely engaged with the apprenticeship.
