Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day I work with my team to open new instructions, contact clients via email and phone and also answer incoming calls which may be for a variety of teams. I work in the receivers team so I order title documents and review the content to insure it is correct and to order any further documents required to appoint receivers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the firm as a whole and the team I am in. The opportunities I have been given through this have been outstanding and I have already grown professionally and personally
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have improved my social skills as I was previously unable to speak in front of a crowd but I have since volunteered at careers fairs speaking to hundreds of young people, and taken part in a round table event in the Houses of parliament.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structed as we switch teams each year to get a range of experience
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They have good contact with us and regular communication especially with the first induction week which was comprehensive and allowed us to settle into the firm

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is specific to the area of work I am in and involves virtual practice activities as if we were working with clients
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

They have several networks we can join such as social mobility and LGBTIA+ so get involved in. They also have volunteering opportunities and a football team. My individual team also organises social outings in our free time

Why?
The office itself is outstanding, the people are even better. Everyone is so lovely and the culture is so supportive. I have heard from others that in all their working life they have never worked somewhere like this
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TLT LLP?
Make sure to know about their environmental aims and work and also to be themselves as they truly want someone that can be themselves
