My role as a multi-channel marketing apprentice for the BBC involves designing social media campaigns to promote TV shows, and drive young audiences towards iPlayer. I edit assets, and seek compliance from stakeholders and commissioners.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I absolutley love my job role- I find the apprenticeship good but a bit of a hassle in terms of uploading journals etc.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes absolutley I have learned a range of soft skills as well as technical skills. Organization and communication. I have also learned how to use premier pro and work on my content editing skills.

I think it is pretty well organized.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

The BBC side of the apprenticeship is so well-orgainised- I am so well supported by my managers. They really want me to do well. Could not have been better.
