Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mitie?
Very good - I started as a full-time professional and was offered the in-role apprenticeship. Manager supported me well and I was able to manage workload around my apprenticeship. When I encountered issues, we escalated accordingly.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Consulting on learning needs, designing and developing digital learning products.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I am grateful for the discount platform we have available as a benefit. It would be nice if bonuses were for everyone but I understand why this is not possible. The company has a shares scheme and it would be good if we could access them sooner.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Well, I look forward to continuing to develop in role and growing my confidence in taking on more responsibilities going forward.

Majority of the time work-life balance is very good. Occasionally there are projects that require quick turn around that can reduce the balance.

The company does really well with this. However in the push towards using AI, I would like there to be more discussion of the impact this has on society and the environment.
