I have learnt many new skills and i have developed skills such as carpentry,plastering,plumbing and basic electrical works.

Its very well structured, i get alot of support of my line manager and co workers to help on the day to day things if i need anything i have support striaght away, also on the college side i get alot of support from my tutor
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get alot of support from my employer , i get alot of phone calls for check up calls and in person mettings to discuss how the job is going

GLP are amazing they offer alot of support to me and the other students.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The training has helped massivley due to it being perfect for the job role we will be transitioning into

Our toolbox talks are very inclusive and offer key details but we all get together and conduct it .

Mitie is a great company with great people, there is a family feel to the team and this helps everyome to keep a smile on there face and issues can be sorted easily
