Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Use SQL code to extract data, create visualisation, reports and dashboard to support business decisions
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Great support from the programme. Managers are really involved in the progress and the learning. A mentor is available to all apprentices and they support with technical and specialist tasks.
A network of apprentices ambassadors are on end to support apprentices during their learning programme and beyond.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned a lot during my apprenticeship including SQL coding, Pyhton, data manipulation, data visualisations and dashboards

Great programme from the training provider, The lessons were planned and well structured
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Great support from programme manager, line manager and mentor. This is available to everyone in Pearson completing an apprenticeship.
A study day is provided for all apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider has a great programme in place with skills coach and technical mentor available and on hand for any questions and support.
The programme is mainly online and works well
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel more confident and prepared to complete the tasks assigned to me. I have been praised by my line managers and colleagues who can see improvements in the way I code and the way I present data to stakeholders.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We support the apprenticeship programme especially with job fairs, schools talks and other similar events
