Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

A day to day could include opening or closing the store. Managing money such as doing safe checks or cashing up at the end of a day. Handing out tasks to colleagues and running a shift
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it for the most part. The things i enjoy the most are the shop floor training side. I like to learn new skills and develop my knowledge

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed a lot of management skills i am more confident in completing tasks now than i have ever been before.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised as there are tasks set for me each month and i know what i should be working on that month before my apprenticeship assessor comes back to see me on the following month
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, i am always getting help whenever i need it and i am always being helped to develop new skills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive great help from my training provider. If i ever have a question or am stuck on something i know i will leave our meeting with more confidence with what i am doing.
