Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a Trainee Site Manager, my job is to support the day-to-day running of the site, learn how to manage people, timelines, and safety, observe and gradually take responsibility for small sections of work. I work closely with -Site Managers, Subcontractors, Engineers and surveyors and Health & Safety officers.
