Working as a Personal Shopper on Whoosh at Tesco involves picking and packing online orders quickly and accurately, making sure customers get exactly what they need. Day to day, I check orders, find items in-store, handle substitutions when needed, and prepare everything for delivery within tight timeframes. It requires good time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.
I’d rate this role 5/5 because it’s fast-paced, keeps you active, and there’s a real sense of satisfaction in completing orders efficiently and helping customers have a smooth, reliable shopping experience.

I enjoy my programme a lot because along side working I am also getting a qualification.

In this role, I develop strong time management and organisation skills by working to tight deadlines, improve my attention to detail when picking accurate orders, and build problem-solving skills through handling substitutions. I also gain teamwork and communication experience, while learning to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
