Working at a school as a site supervisor, opening and closing gates, ensuring school is compliant with government regulations etc like health and safety.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The course allows staff who want to learn and grow within the trust and gives a good opportunity to work with different staff and departments with the school and trust. If we can encourage staff within the trust to do the course it will save time and money of recruitment, Hr and training external candidates and also could also encourage our students to go onto Apprenticeship in the future.

Why?
My own daughter is currently in year 11 and thinking about her future and as she has been able to see my change job recently and enter a apprenticeship. She has shared her aim would be to go to college and hopes to come back onto the SCITT programme within the school train to be a PE teacher here at Discovery and share her knowledge with fellow students.
I have already recommended the trust to three friends already and one has just started and one just is waiting for a interview date

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Alpha Academies Trust?
Keeping looking for opportunities to join as plenty of opportunities at different schools within the trust not just one school. good environment and staff are very welcoming and supportive.
