My role involves working on different clients, completing a wide variety of tasks. This means I get a good understanding of the all the aspects and testing that an audit requires
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the social aspect of my role as I get to work with many different people from different offices around the Northwest. It can be challenging at times however very rewarding once you have achieved your goals.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt many new skills such as talking to clients confidentially. Also, I have learnt the technical aspects of audit which allows me to put my knowledge from college to use practically.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised. When I first joined I had many trainings to give me the basic knowledge and skills needed which helped me feel more comfortable in my role. It is also organised with what you are doing on a day to day basis.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive amazing support from my employer. For example they provide lots of training, give me an opportunity to speak out about any issues and I am assigned a buddy to go to if I ever have any questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from my training provider is very good. They give us their emails and make use of the hub so that if we have any questions at any point in our revision time, we can ask this.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The knowledge I am provided from my training provider helps me in my job role as it is relates to accounting. This helps understand basic concepts of audit and even the more difficult concepts.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, we have regular social events such as bowling and the races. This helps to get to know everyone in the office more and in a more relaxed mannher.

RSM has supported me very well and all my colleagues are very easy to talk to. This makes the role more enjoyable and motivates me to do well in my exams and in my job role.
