Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My current role is to drive continuous improvement in all of the processes by coaching and using LEAN methodology. I facilitate daily performance reviews, identify areas of waste, review business processes, drive the change and support the other section leaders in driving the improvements
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My Level 4 Improvement Practitioner programme has been fabulous. Due to my current role, I already had some knowledge of Six Sigma but this has been expanded massively. The content was well explained and I have already put my new knowledge to use within the work place.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills covering project management, data analysis and graphical presentation of data

The course had a good structure with time to complete the work between modules. My instructor was very engaging and supportive

I now have a framework which enables me to identify possible projects, build a team to tackle a particular project, identify possible solutions, implement the change and hand control back to the relevant team
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
