Apprentices work with production teams on scheduling, research, logistics, and technical tasks, combining practical, hands-on experience with academic study to earn a formal qualification.

You learn how to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently whether live or recorded. Interviewing skills. How to ask good questions, listen actively, and guide a conversation.
Storytelling - Crafting narratives, pacing information, building engagement great for content and social media too.
Audio editing and operating studio equipment (Mixing desks, microphones, sound levels, playout systems, scheduling tools)
Live broadcasting skills - Handling timing, cues, live reads, breaking news, or unexpected situations.
Writing for broadcast - Creating scripts, show links and social posts.
Developing ideas for segments, features, interviews, and campaigns.
Research skills - Finding background info, fact‑checking, prepping for interviews, and creating show content.
Social media content creation - Editing and Posting clips, writing captions, scheduling content.
