How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structed in terms of what the BBC provides, but the learning provider is not as organised or well as t should be.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The learning provider (BPP) has a very confusing and complicated structure that is difficult to learn and they do not provide much more help other than 'this is the way that it is ' .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Rarely any links between what we learn and what I do in my day-to-day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many of these, but they are mostly limited to the larger bases like Salford and Birmingham with little things to do in the more regional bases in comparison. There re sill several things to do it regional bases but at a much smaller level.

Great help, great culture and it feels surreal to be working on the shows you grew up watching.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
Try to link as much of your experiences as possible to the BBC core values, these will be brought up in your interview.
