My day to day role consists of scheduling, amending the rota, answering queries, working on problem solving and communicating with the local news team

It helps me understand better about the organisation as a whole, but I do not think my training provider offers much to support my actual day to day role such as scheduling for example, I utilise my team to learn these skills

I am involved with the Apprentice Podcast Community as a project manager, and this is helping me learn about responsibility and better team work

Why?
The BBC offers lots of opportunities that you can gain by shadowing or visiting other offices, no day is the same so I am always excited to see what my days at the office hold
