My role is quite enjoyable, I know that I am learning new, applicable skills every day. Also, because I showed some initiative quite early one, they've already started giving me quite complicated tasks that I can work on independently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I generally enjoy it but certain of the more complicated tasks can get a bit daunting and stressful, but when I complete them I get a high level of satisfaction.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Every day I am practicing new skills and learning new technologies. My team uses lots of different applications so I am really learning these in the best way I can.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure is decent, it took a little while before I felt that I had enough to keep me busy through the day, but I definitely don't feel like that now!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I know I can always go to my manager if I have any issues and they are very flexible with me. It's nice to be treated like an adult as they have a high level of trust in you.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive as much as I ask for.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The modules that we are taught directly correlate to the applications and the techniques we use day to day so the training provided specifically helps with my work.
