As a HR Support Apprentice, I handle daily tasks like responding to employee queries and updating HR systems. I also help keep employee records accurate and assist the HR team with general admin and compliance tasks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy this programme because it allows me to build my HR skills while gaining hands‑on experience in a supportive and engaging environment.

I have developed key skills such as effective communication, HR administration, confidentiality, using HR systems to support daily operations

The programme is well organised with structured rotations across multiple different HR departments
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have many different forms of support such as an overall line manager as i rotate through the roles as well as previous apprentices acting up as a buddy to help with the academic side of the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

there are many socials especially within the apprentice community which helps with getting to know many different people on different apprenticeships.
