Working in the data anlysis team on ad hoc tasks and projects, delivering dashboards, data tools and spreadsheets

I have learnt alot and the staff have been very supportive

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Totally updated my data skills, so SQL, tableau etc and also used my Python in the real world. Also done lots of soft skill training, such as story telling with data

I have clear days off for my course and regular catch ups with the rest of the cohort

There are regular check ins, and plenty of time to complete my work
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Cambridge Sparks, is ok but can be a little vague at times and the admin is painful;, but think that is just apprenticeships generally
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are great staff networks here, such as Wistem - women in STEM and Enigma for neurodivergent staff

Why?
Absolutely, it is a lovely supportive atmosphere with friendly, positive people
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
Its hard to get into, but worth the effort. Beware that the applicatin process can be very slow
