My role is to support and coach others to develop their skills and careers within the construction sector. It is incredibly rewarding to see people learn and develop and achieve their goals

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was great, easy to access and I was supported by an experienced Coach who helped me to learn and develop. I was grateful for the opportunity to continue my ongoing professional development in an area that really interests me.

There is a great team around me and social activities are an important point of team bonding, organisation culture and morale, which are usually scheduled in regularly to bring the team together..
