Very positive and engaging. Fulfilling what I learnt in theory at university

It is a relaxed environment, allowing you to work from home when required, and visiting site is encouraged, meaning you don’t have to be in the office everyday, which is nice when you need to work elsewhere or simply want a change of scenery
