I currently work on the breakfast radio programme for Guernsey helping call up contributors and going out after the show to do interviews

Most of the elements were well organised but at times it felt like communication was a bit last minute

Since it was online it felt like they were harder to reach as it was mostly through emails but I was happy with the support I did receive

I feel like most of my learning was through working rather than training as I could build on my skills with real life situations

Why?
I have recommended it to friends who have done work experience and freelance placements and have enjoyed it. The office vibe is amazing and a place where you can get very hands on with stories

Make sure to be up to date with the news across all news platforms and see the different styles they use.
