Aiding with production for Radio Solent. This could be booking guests, editing audio, answering calls or recording interviews.

Very much, I love the fact I can learn on the job and am constantly learning new things.

Everything I am currently doing in my day to day role is pretty much all new skills I’ve learnt.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have weekly check ins with my line manager and I know that if I need anything I can always go and ask someone for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is constant communication, group chats, weekly drop ins and plenty of people I can email if I have any questions or need any help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Networking events, there are lots of different groups you can join ie Pride group, Youth Network and social clubs like run club

Why?
I have had the most amazing opportunities that I would not have had working on this apprenticeship. I get to learn whilst working and everyone has been so kind and helpful in supporting my learning so far.
