Was fantastic, the pace and learning were really well balanced. I picked up loads of practical tips for developing and applying strategy and then demonstrating the impact of this.

Constantly supporting their employees whether that’s through the apprenticeship programmes (I’m going to complete my next apprenticeship shortly all about Ai ) or through the vast array of roles available to continue my self development or through the EVP which is about the wellbeing of the colleagues in the business
