I am an apprentice and a fee earner so i have learnt the process of how to manage a residential property case load now have my own.
On a day to day basis i process ID, talk to clients, review documents.

The programme is very well organised.
i have a weekly study day, an external learning apprentice coach, an internal learning advisor and other apprentices in the firm as well as colleagues to talk to.
Attwells is amazing in engaging its apprentices within the firm and being given responsibility to have my own clients

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support i have an internal learning advisor who i could go to if i ever have any issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have monthly teams meetings to let them know how im getting on and any extra support is needed but i can also email whenever if i need to.

Yes! Attwells is amazing at organising events we had an conveyancing networking event in october, a Christmas party and a summer event to see all of our colleagues.
They also do apprentice socials to meet up, we last did an scape room to build on teamwork skills.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Attwells Solicitors?
Definitely apply for the apprenticeship i am a property apprentice and had no prior experience with working in a law firm, but Attwells has taught me how the processes work am i am now able to undertake a property transaction myself.
