Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in the auctions department while studying for the SQE one day a week. My role started as mainly post-completion conveyancing work, but after a few months, it has expanded to completing general purchase duties such as raising enquiries, reporting on mortgages and searches, and replying to requisitions. I have a training plan to expand my knowledge in phases.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship. My least favourite part is the studying for the SQE.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to raise enquiries and report on searches/mortgages. Although I had some prior experience, I have learnt specifically how Attwells handles these tasks. I have also developed my interpersonal skills such as time management and organisation.

My training on the job is planned through phases and very well structured.

We have two main social events a year, plus apprentice socials.

Attwells has been nothing but supportive to me, and I am greatly appreciative of everything Attwells has done to help me. They have accommodated me in many ways and made me feel comfortable.

Don't panic in the interview, because everybody is so friendly.
